Free Online Banking

For your security, we are now using device detection as a means of multi-factor authentication.  When you log into online or mobile banking from a new device for the first time, you will be prompted to request a verification code by text message or email.

This confirmation code can only be sent to the phone number or email address you have on file with your Adventure CU account.  (If you need to update your contact information, please contact us.)  Once you receive the code, you will be prompted to enter it into online or mobile banking to verify yourself, and complete your sign in. 

After entering your verification code, you will have the option to mark the device you are using as a "trusted device."  You should only do this for devices you own; not shared or public devices.  Once marked as a "trusted device," you will not be prompted for a verification code again on this device. 

Only "trusted devices" can be used for biometric sign in options like fingerprint or facial recognition.

First time users of Online Banking can register in just three easy steps:

1. Click "Register" on the login screen
2. Enter your personal info to verify the account you are registering
3. Enter your desired username and password

Joint account owners can now register their own username and password by using the same steps outlined above.
