Security Features of PC Branch Online Banking
If you are a first-time user or if Option 1 Credit has reset your username and password, use the following information to log in:

Username: Option 1 account number
Password: Zip code + Last 4 digits of primary account holder's SS# (you will enter a 9-digit number)

The PC Branch system will then bring you to a Username Registration page to set up your own unique username and will then direct you to the Change Password page.

The next step in security? Challenge questions.
Approximately 15-30 days after you select your new PC Branch user name, we will present you with a page of "Challenge Questions" and ask you to supply the answers. You will be allowed to select from lists of available questions.

PC Branch is Option 1’s online banking and bill payment service, and it’s available to all Option 1 members. To take advantgage of the free online billpay features, you must have a Option 1 checking account. If you don't have a checking account at Option 1, open one now.

With PC Branch, you can do the following things free of charge:

• Check your account balances
• Transfer funds between your credit union accounts
• Make your loan payments by transfer
• Review 120 days of account history to confirm deposits, withdrawals and checks cleared

If you have a Option 1 checking account, you’ll also get PC Branch’s Bill-Pay feature, free. That means no monthly service charge — it’s completely free. PC Branch’s Bill-Pay will allow you to:

• Pay your bills today, next week, while you’re on vacation, or set up recurring payments of fixed amounts
• Pay anyone — from the phone company to the paper boy
• Pay up to 45 different bills each month
• All payments are guaranteed funds to the payee
