membership and loan applications or other forms, which may

- Information about your transactions with us, or others,
such as your account balance and payment history.

provide on an application or other form, such as employment
and other financial transactions.

We may disclose all the information we collect, as described
previously and as permitted by law, to companies that perform
marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions
with whom we have joint marketing agreements with. We may also
disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated

may include information to process your transactions, protect
the security of the credit union's financial records or conduct
normal credit union operations.
Closed accounts
We will not share information we have collected about you when
your membership with us is terminated, except as permitted or
required by law.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safe guards
that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public
personal information. Option 1 maintains strong security controls
to ensure that the non-public personal information in our computers
and files are protected. Access to non-public personal information
about you is restricted to designated personnel who need to
know that information, to provide you various products and services.
To protect your privacy, we work only with companies that agree
to maintain strict confidentiality protections and limit the
use of information we provide. We do not allow these companies
to sell the information to other third parties. |
